Leading CRM for TIAA's Retirement Solutions business I managed a Salesforce platform rollout for all of TIAA, including our B2B and B2C sales teams and service group, in total more than 5,300 people across the company. The new platform generated thousands of leads and opportunities weeks after launch.

As COO for New York Life’s annuity business I linked marketing, sales and service on Salesforce and other low-code CRM platforms. I also led customer service and our distribution network of 300 banks and broker-dealers. In 2022 we closed a record $13.2B in sales - more than double 2021 - while reducing staff (with no layoffs). That was the result of 8 years of technology upgrades, process improvements and moving people to better work with brighter futures.

My 20+ year career at NYL, UBS and E*TRADE includes COO and CMO roles, P&L oversight, a background as a journalist and floor trader, and broad experience in a range of critical functions: digital transformation, marketing, sales, service, P&L management, CRM, Salesforce, cloud-based integrations, process improvement, customer experience, product development, and team building.
